Even though I'm a risk-taker, adventurer and trend-setter, all my life I've been challenged with feelings of shame and fear.
I've struggled with beliefs that I'm not enough, not good enough, don't know enough, don't deserve success.
Partly because I'm always out there, taking chances and leaping without a net, I've felt a lot of fear.
But I realized pretty late in life that I've had chronic anxiety on top of the fear.
All this has motivated me to dive deep into the causes and solutions for anxiety, fear and shame.
I've brought what I learned to my students and clients, but I have always been my own most devoted and persistent student.
Through learning and testing hundreds of methods, I've discovered that not all transformational methods work equally well.
Most go only skin deep and only make someone feel better as long as they continue to use the process.
But some processes penetrate soul deep.

Most people are going through life unconsciously.
They are under the mistaken illusion that they are "in charge," when they're not.
It's their unconscious, their shadow that's running the show and they are just a puppet.

As Carl Jung says, how can we make the unconscious conscious?

And can I do it without losing who I am?
I have developed a way to connect with the unconscious (the shadow) and reveal the essence of a block or inner obstacle that's keeping you from getting what you really want.
We allow the shadow to speak in its own symbolic language.

Getting clarity about what you're thinking and feeling is pretty much always a good start.
We start here, in the conscious mind.
Doing this paves the way and sets your intention for the change to come.
REQUEST A SYMBOL FROM THE SHADOW
Now we engage the shadow by asking for a visual representation of the thing that's in our way.
This works even if you sense or even hear, rather than see when you imagine.
EXPLORE THE SYMBOL
We activate the unconscious by stimulating the chi meridian system while fully exploring and describing the symbols shown to us.
This connects us to the shadow, in the shadow's own language.
REPEAT UNTIL THE SYMBOL RESOLVES
